На 29 април нощувахме група от Балчик с 35 човека в хотела. Останахме разочаровани от условията, които предлага хотелът. Първо хигиената бе на много ниско ниво, второ - банята бе без поставка за душа, а на сутринта липсваше и топлата вода. Сифонът запушен и водата се изтече в стаята. Чаршафите не бяха изпрани добре и бяха неизгладени. С три легла и две нощни шкафчета, без маса, но с един стол. Жалко, че това е хотел в центъра на Кюстендил. Не посещавайте този хотел, навсякъде се носи миризма на мухъл и мръсотия!
