Pilgrim Bulev's House is located in the village of Kovachevtsi, Pernik district. It is an excellent home base for visiting a number of monasteries in the area, including the Boboshevski, Zemenski, Giginski, etc. Within a close distance by car the picturesque gorge of the Erma river is located (near Tran). On the territory of the Kovachevtsi municipality the beautiful Pchelina (Lobosh) reservoir is located. It offers perfect conditions for fishing, water sports, and picnicking. A working hunting reserve is available near the village, too. The house itself is open year-round and features a large garden with a well, barbecue and cosy outdoor nooks for relaxation. The owners provide a cosy tavern with a fireplace, full equipped kitchenette and a dining area for 15 people. For their accommodation 4 rooms are provided - two with twin beds and the other two - with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for children. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, TV set, and free internet, while the whole house uses a local heating system. A hydro-massaging tub and guarded parking place are offered as well.
