В хотела няма парно през деня до 20:30 часа. След 20 часа пак свърша топлата вода (изключват си бойлерите през деня, работят само нощем). При направено оплакване (бяхме група над 10 души) ни бе казано да си правим график, за да ни стигне водата... Ужас. В стаите има климатици, но са им взети дистанционните, за да не се пускат. На въпроса къде са дистанционните бе отговорено, че има радиатори в стаите и тях да ползваме. Радиаторчетата са по педя и половина дълги. В механата долу една елементарна супа няма в менюто. Хотелът е доста отдалечен от центъра на града и няма нито едно кафе в близост... нито пак голям хранителен магазин.
