We booked this hotel by phone with the owner, we turned up on our first day of our week in Zgorigrad but nobody appeared to be at the hotel, we phoned the owner again and was told someone would be with us in a few minutes, the owner then phones us back and told us we couldn't stay there!!! It was a total joke of a place and a waste of time pre- booking with the owner....
