Very bad customer service! We were impressed with the rooms, they are indeed large and beautiful, but were woken up on a Friday morning at 9 am by workers renovating a part of the hotel. We went to ask them what was going on, they told us there is nothing they can do. Packed our bags and moved to another hotel 5 minutes later. They didn't even try to make us stay, they only charged us extra since we used the phone to call another hotel to make a reservation. Worse experience ever, will never use their services again!
