Хотела е на комуникативно място, еднакво близо да двата плажа и има гледка към морето. Уличката е тиха и спокойна.

Посетихме хотел "Зоя" в края на лято 2008 семейно. Обстановката в хотела е чудесна. Впечатлена съм от персонала, от доброто отношение и търпение проявено към децата. Няма да забравя усмихнатото лицена Зоя Кичукова всяка сутрин с пожелание за добро утро и хубав ден. Всички са много лъчезарни и отзивчиви.
