The view of the mountains was the best thing about Varshets and the avenue of trees going in to the town.

This hotel is not a hotel in any sense of the word. It is more like a camp. There is no customer service as such. Guests are not treated as guests but as an inconvenience to staff. The accommodation is sub-standard. It smells bad. The beds seem to be made of straw. The pillows feel like a bag of concrete that has gone hard. The Wardrobes could not be used because of the smell. There is no shower stand. The shower head sprays all over the bathroom. We were given a hand towel to use as a towel. The food was bad - it was mostly sausage meаt used in all different ways. There was no choice of foods. We had to go and buy our own coffee if we wanted to drink coffee. Customer Service has not arrived yet in Varshets and certainly not in this 'hotel'. I would never go back again.

Мен лично ми хареса само столовата (имаше повече места)

Нищо не ми хареса! Храната беше отвратителна! Веднъж ни я дадоха даже ледено студена! Нито стаите, беше огромна мизерия! Атмосферата с кокошките на един беше много "приятна".
