Хотелът си заслужава да се посети. Стаите са хубави с приятна атмосфера. Има всичко необходимо за да си почине човек.

Аз и семейството ми сме много доволни от почивката си в Наталис. Беше комфортно и чисто. Цената е по джоба на всеки. Заслужава си да се опита и от менюто в ресторанта.

По мое мнение хотела въобще не отговаря на категорията две звезди. Лошо отношение на собствениците на хотела към клентите. Буквално скриват информация и заблуждават по телефона. Пуши се навсякъде, не се съобразяват че в "хотела" има малки деца. Баните са под всякаква критика, боклука не се изхвърля и т.н. Не бих посетил никога повече хотел.

Да се разкарат роднините на хазяите - прецакват бизнеса, стопанката да мине курс по учтивост и да свикне да си признава, че хотелчето е зле. Купете си нови телевизори, в тоалетните да се направи ремонт. Боядисайте си радиаторите, издавайте фактури когато хората ви плащат нощувки.
