близко до центъра на града,улиците до самия хотел наистина не са асвалтирани но на мен не ми направи кой знай какво впечатление, да не би в цяла България да са оправени - не че това е извинеине да не са оправени пред хотела. Услугите са доста за всички възрасти. За ски каране има на блризко ски-писта все пак, опознавателен туризъм. Има хубава природа с една дума няма да съжалявате ако посетите Банско и разбира се апартхотел "Лъки"

Обслужването беше на ниво, рядко срещано от известно време в България. Когато имам свободно време с удоволствие ще го посетя отново.

Ново и чисто

Малко лоби с ужасно нисък таван, не работи лоби-бара, ресторанта отваря от време на време, какви са тези 4 звезди със смесен магазин-супер във фоайето. Лоша инфрастуктура около хотела, близко строителство.
