Close to nice village of Karlukovo with eco walks, lovely clean rooms, good food in restaurant, nice service from waiter, great bar and cool lift

Way too expensive for area, service from staff average to dam rude (room service) female staff who swore because i asked her to remove tray? The quality of their understanding of English is poor. I always thought if you pay good money you should get polite, friendly, helpful, and quality service but not here sorry.
