Моето мнение се припокрива с това на недоволния клиент от преди 3 години. Освен това е много шумно нощем, не може да се спи.

Много хубав малък, китен и уютен градски хотел с чудесно обслужване. Нямам никакви забележки относно обслужването. Чудесен е!

Отвратително обслужване. Собственичката - управителка - рецепционистка се държи все едно и дължите хиляди левове. Държи да й платите веднага след като пристигнете и не Ви дава касова бележка за това. Обяснението е: "Аз съм тука, няма страшно", което по никакъв начин не обяснява защо не получавате документ за плащането. Ако случайно, по погрешка са Ви дали стая с вана, то ще бъдете предупредени да не я пускате, защото тази стая по принцип струва 65лв, а не 50, пък и ще свърши водата за другите гости. Възмутена съм от отношението там. Никой хотел не би трябвало да си позволява такова нещо. И три звезди са им много - само в нашата "сгрешена" стая имаше мини бар :)
